What Pro Duck City collects, why, and when it is deleted.
Effective
Pro Duck City by Elfpainter (operated by Cho Ji-hoon, “we”) runs produckcity.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. What we collect
Your email address, and nothing else. We collect it only when you type it into the beta notification form. Browsing the site collects no personal information.
We use it for two things only:
- Beta progress and launch announcements for MilkMind and peechcookie
- The limited founder pricing offered to beta participants
We do not send unrelated advertising, and we never sell or rent the list.
2. How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can also write to the address below.
3. International transfer
We use the following processor to manage the list and send email, which means your address is transferred outside your country:

If you would rather not have your address transferred, simply do not subscribe. Subscribing is not a condition of using anything we make.
4. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data at any time by writing to the address below. We act without undue delay.
If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR additionally gives you the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Pro Duck City website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. The subscription page hosted by Kit is governed by Kit’s own policy.
6. Security
We do not export or keep a local copy of the list. We access it only through Kit’s dashboard, on an account protected by two-factor authentication.

If this policy changes we will post the new version here with its effective date. Changes that disadvantage users will be announced seven days in advance, and by email to subscribers.
